Customers can request a custom design when they do not already have print-ready artwork. Design work may include text layout, color selection, image placement, apparel mockups, logo cleanup, resizing, and print preparation.
Design approval required: Customers should carefully check spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, and sizes before approving production.

Turnaround time
Estimated Turnaround by Order Size

Artwork Approval Policy
Customers must review and approve spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, garment sizes, and design layout before production.
Payment & Deposit Policy
Orders may require payment in full or a deposit before production begins. Large, custom, or bulk orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
Turnaround Policy
Turnaround begins after proof approval and payment/deposit. Estimated completion time depends on order size, product type, design complexity, inventory, and current production schedule.
Refund & Return Policy
Approved custom orders are generally not refundable unless there is a confirmed production error by Cross Town T-Shirts.
Copyright & Trademark Policy
Customers are responsible for having permission to use uploaded artwork, photos, names, logos, protected characters, trademarks, and copyrighted material.
